Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These simple terms apply when you order a page from Little Story Pages (littlestorypages.com). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. What you're buying

A made-to-order, personalised digital product: a keepsake web page (or set of pages) built from the information and photos you provide, hosted at a link on littlestorypages.com. Package contents are described on our pricing section.

2. Ordering & payment

Sending the order form is a request, not a purchase. We'll confirm the details by email and send a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in pounds sterling.

3. Delivery

Delivery times (3–5 working days depending on package) start once we have payment and all your photos and information. We'll send a private preview before the page goes live. If you have a deadline, such as a party, tell us when you order.

4. Revisions

A round means one list of changes sent together. Corrections of our own mistakes are always free. Extra rounds or new sections can be quoted separately.

5. Hosting

Every package includes 12 months of hosting from the day the page goes live. After that you can renew for £15 per year, or we'll send you a downloadable copy to keep and take the page offline. We'll email you before hosting ends. You can ask us to take the page offline at any time.

6. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work on your page. Because each page is personalised digital content made to your specification, once you've asked us to begin and work has started the usual 14-day cancellation right no longer applies — we'll ask you to confirm this when you pay. If we can't deliver what we agreed, we'll fix it or refund you.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and words. You confirm you have the right to share them and permission from anyone pictured, and you give us permission to use them only to make and host your page. Please don't send anything unlawful or hurtful; we may decline content we're not comfortable publishing.

8. Password protection

Optional password protection encrypts the page in a way that makes it unreadable without the password. Anyone you give the password to can view and share the page, so please share it carefully. It's strong, practical protection for a family keepsake, not a guarantee against every possible risk.

9. Our responsibility

We'll do our best to keep pages online, but brief interruptions from our hosting provider can happen. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited.

10. Contact

Questions or problems? Email [email protected]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
